Today we had a great fun time together making Apple & Oatmeal Muffin.
Ingredients ?
150g unsalted butter
120g icing sugar
150g cake flour
50g all-purpose flour
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2cup oatmeal
2 apples
1/4cup raisins
15ml rum/red wine
